Your Guide to Voting in the 2025 General Election

To receive a General Election ballot by mail, your local registrar’s office must receive your application by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, October 24, 2025.

You can easily apply for an absentee ballot online through the Citizen Portal. Use the portal to:

• Update your address

• Apply to vote absentee by mail

• Join the permanent absentee list

• Find your polling place

• Check your voting history
